In fact, it’s been a little while since we’ve created something that made us stop, stare at the back of the camera and think: yes… this is why we do what we do.
But we think this fine art family portrait of Pixi and her daughter Luna was worth the wait.
And honestly, we couldn’t think of a better image to return with.

When Pixie saw this image for the first time, those were her exact words:
“Oh my goodness, it looks like a painting…”
And that was exactly what we set out to create.

Moving studios to Tameside and building our new space has meant we’ve been quieter than usual recently.
So yes — this is one of our first new pieces of work in a while.

As we rebuild our portfolio in our new studio, we are currently offering free fine art photography sessions in Stalybridge for selected families.
We are looking for:

In return for a completely free session, we simply ask for permission to use the final images in our portfolio, website, social media and marketing.
This allows us to continue building our collection of fine art family photography, while giving you the opportunity to experience a professional studio portrait session.
There is no session fee.
The artwork and printed products are purchased separately if you choose to order.
